Weihong Woodworking/Stone Carving System supports five-axis RTCP machining and high-precision contour smoothing, effectively smoothing both the front tool tip trajectory and rear contour path to enhance surface quality. It supports inclined plane machining, allowing users to define a new 3D coordinate system on any spatial plane and execute machining programs within this coordinate system. High-precision position-and-orientation control is supported. The system simultaneously smooths both the tool tip point trajectory and tool vector changes, ensuring coordinated motion between rotary and linear axes while maintaining continuous tool tip point paths.
